Chili`s Restaurant in Madison

I had to wait two hours and 15 minutes for food and when we got it was cold. The steak was burnt and very tough. My daughter didn’t get any of her food we ordered.

Many choices for a quick meal along with excellent service.

Rebecca was great. Food was great.

Food was extremely hot and delicious coming to my table. My waitress was awesome and friendly. It's a great place to dine.

Finally they got there stuff together staff was friendly and food was good too 😁

Food selection is among the best. The quality of the food is great for the price. Price is reasonable. Service was great. Kitchen was rather slow.

I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. We waited 30 minutes on a slow Thursday in the middle of the day with nobody there. There was no hostess so we stood and waited for her then she finally came and sat us. Our waitress was nice and took the order quickly however we waited 30 minutes for our food just for it to all be cold when it got to us and not even right! I’m never coming back here and I’m going to complain to corporate about this. Such an absolute disappointment you need new management.

We waited a long time for a menu for our child and the server was not as attentive as I would have liked.

Good food, good service. They've really stepped it up since we've been here when it first opened. Happy with it.

Me and my family came to Chilli's tonight and we're pleasantly surprised. The food was great quality and very flavorful, and our server, Jay was fantastic. We will be back again.

Ordered a combo of ribs, chicken, and vegetables. The ribs were so fatty that there was very little meat. I carried more home for my dog than I actually ate. Chicken was dry but tasted okay. Not a fan. Probably not going back for quite a while although it is conveniently located close to where I live

I'm be surprised to see how long this place stays open! From the start we knew we were in terrible trouble when I asked for sweet tea and got a water from our waitress. To make matters worse, when she came back to take our food orders my wife told her that I had asked for a sweet tea and she still didn't bring one to me. On our third attempt I finally got my sweet tea but cheeses and rice people how hard does it have to be? Food was blah, luke warm fries, partially stale buns on the burgers...etc. Yeah ok I get that the waitress may have been new, or having an off day but for our first visit in here, it's not likely it's going to be around long.

Went for a lunch date with my husband. The whole experience was fine except longer we were there the less we saw our waitress. We needed the check and to go boxes so my husband went to find her (we were the only people sitting outside on the patio) not a big deal. She brought them out said she'd be back to collect the check. We waited for awhile but my husband had to get to work so we walked to the hostess to see if someone could cash us out. Our waitress got mad and didn't hide it...seriously. I called to talked to a manager to explain that we didn't have a problem with our waitress until we tried to pay and she got an attitude then the "manager" was EXTREMELY rude!! So beware rudeness is acceptible here . We will not be back.

Went with my brother for Dinner, the Waiter was fabulous! I think he told us he is the bartender also. I forgot to ask for his name though. Food and drinks were up to par! Definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our meals, but I was surprised by how good the cocktails were.

Very good experience..we got seated right away..our drinks and appetizers came fast.. the Onion rings was cold and burnt ..our server PJ right away change it and gave us a new Onion rings all in all..PJ was good and good food!

Usually I'm very satisfied & happy with most Chilis restaurants I visit..BUT this one was soooo disappointing to me. There were at least 10 tables left unclean & topped with used dishes from previous guest for the my entire visit. I asked for a hot cup of water and it was brought to me in a dirty coffee cup inside and out (did the waiter not see that this cup was NOT clean?). He offered to replace it with another but um no thank you, I'm okay. If I could give this establishment less than a 1 star, I would. This was such an awful visit for me😫👎🏾

I don’t know how to give them 0 stars, but in my opinion this Location is terrible. The food was really bad. The pasta was uncooked ! Then I ordered something else, the shrimp tacos, terrible too!! So yeah the food was definitely not good at all !! But our server was Great! She was very nice. But overall they need a new chef in that kitchen!

I had a huge party here today and they quickly got our food out! Thanks for everything! Would recommend.

6/7/2020. We went there to have a lunch and drinks. The blonde bar tender didn’t have a wine bottle opener. She made every excuse for not having a bottle opener and I even thought I had a bottle opener. I did not. She informed us that she had other customers and she didn’t have time to work on the wine bottle by opening it. We are regulars at Chili’s and the abundance of poor customer service we will never visit another Chili’s. The lack of common since for the benefit of customer is very sad and as a regular go out and eat person this is very disappointing. Chili’s as a company should consider really looking at your management staff and letting them know they have to authority to think outside the box for the be of the customer satisfaction. I like taking my family here because they are always very considerate of my small kids. They bring their food out first and it's always just right for them. My 4 year old likes to come to chili's for pizza Haha!

Went to order appetizers to go. The staff were not friendly at all. Water was dripping from the ceiling onto everything. The waitress took my order and just turned and walked away with my card still in the machine. I had to call her back to print my receipt for me. I had to wait about 25 minutes. She brought food out and had left off one plate of appetizers. She went back and got those but did not apologize. I noticed the egg roll appetizers only had three in it. I paid $10.89 for three egg rolls. Really!!!!!! When I questioned her she walked off and sent another man out to let me know that I could order another serving. I told him it was my sons birthday and people were waiting. I couldn’t wait. He said to enjoy the party. Very unprofessional.

While many people may have had Chili's before, it is hard to compare other locations to the tremendous service I have gotten here. The manager Sherry takes care of any problems you might have. Marquita is the best server there. If you ask for her you are bound to have a great experience.

We ordered food to go.They left out the dinnerware. We ordered the steak cooked medium. The steak arrived very well done. Usually, the food, and service, at this location is great. Perhaps, it was just a rough night for staff.

We love the salsa and chips! Their old timer with cheese is delicious. But the turn-over in servers must be weekly. They don't have time to even learn the routine. Our well-done burger wasn't. Dirty dishes weren't removed. Drinks were never refilled. I hope someone reads this that matters.

Wont actually serve you during open hours. Door, website, and google state open until 11pm, however at 10:15 they refuse to place a takeout order, instead stating that the grill shuts down at 10:30, so they wont take any more orders.

The parking was easy, staff was good, kitchen was quick, food was tasty, there was a problem and the manager resolved it quickly to our satisfaction. I will go there again.

I would have rated 4 stars, however despite the fact the the food was outstanding, service was a little on the slow side. Took a while to get our drinks, once we were seated. The server, I'm sorry I forgot her name, was on point, asking if we needed anything else throughout the meal, food was delivered promptly & hot, the desserts were out of this world. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Terrible service. Waited 15 mins to get served. Got the chips and guacamole as a appetizer.... AWFUL DECISION. Tasted like something from Shreks swamp. Also got thousand island with my salad, they brought me out ranch. AWFUL. It’s official, I don’t like this Chili’s.

Never been to Chili's before. I was quite impressed with the food and service. The waitress worked with me to find something I could have on my diet. All the food was made and cooked well. I will be back!!

Stopped by for lunch and got the double burger. Food was great and really hot. Waitress was polite and look forward to returning.

Wilted lettuce on the salad. Extremely tough overcooked steak (far from medium rare), and a bag of crumbs for chips. Avoid this place, they just need to shut down.

My daughter and I visit this location on 2/1/20 at approximately 4:45. Our waitress name was Keva, she brought us our water and it took her 15 mins to return to take our order, 21 min later she brings our salads and appetizers salads were wrong. I asked for a manager and they never showed. Other patrons cane in and was served the way we should've been served. My daughter and I left and will never return

well...we have ordered take out from here several times for lunch and it was good. just ordered delivery for dinner and it was awful. burger was supposed to be pink and it was well done to the point of almost burnt. hardly any fries.the chicken wings were so greasy they were not edible. very very disappointed to have spent over 30.00 on such bad food. note to selves only get lunch from here.

I've had the best experience the last two times I've eaten at this location. Great staff, good food and excellent service. I've sat in the bar area and the bartender/server has been so helpful and friendly.

When we walked in we we're seated pretty quickly. Our server was super nice and got our drinks fast. I ordered the six ounce sirloin with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes, and my husband got the buffalo chicken and ranch sandwich with french fries. We didn't have to wait to long for our food and it was piping hot when we got it. Checking out is super easy here because they have the little computers at your table which is great. I love being able to check out quickly and it even has an option to call a server if you needed to.
